Fallon is a force multiplier who extends and maximizes the reach of professional teams, helping them build and run their businesses more efficiently. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College and has utilized her over 15 years of experience helping organizations in a variety of industries execute their vision. In addition to her experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, and Staffing Specialist, Fallon has also worked as a Director of Marketing and Administration, leading teams and advising business owners on ways to effectively build their businesses.

As a Hampton Roads native, she is passionate about giving back to the community through volunteer work with the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach, in which she serves as the Communications VP and is an Ambassador for the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce. Fallon comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has worked closely with business owners, so she has firsthand knowledge of the many demands and tasks that entrepreneurs take on so that they can do what they love. By utilizing this experience, Fallon is able to anticipate clients' needs and has a passion for seeing entrepreneurs succeed. Fallon founded TASKA Virtual Assistant Services based on the needs of businesses of all sizes to have experienced, reliable administrative support to help them grow.
