Depending on the plan you choose, Fallon will be available in a variety of ways; she is just an email, online chat, or phone call away. If you only occupy a portion of her workday, Fallon works with other clients but will be devoted to your account. As you schedule times and deadlines with Fallon directly, you will always have the support you need.
  • What are examples of work Fallon can do?
    Fallon, your dedicated Virtual Assistant, is capable of taking care of a wide variety of tasks! In addition to managing your inbox and calendar, she can also do research, add leads to your CRM and more. Based on your business type Fallon may also be able to help you with customer service inquiries. Fallon has advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office products; PowerPoint presentations, Word, Excel spreadsheet creating, updating, auditing. She can assist you in building and optimizing online product listings for Amazon and other portals and can navigate customer interfacing to ensure your customer communication is timely and professional. ​ Furthermore, Fallon is a consummate professional and can learn just about any dedicated software or equipment necessary to accomplish your task and undertake the responsibility of virtually any task agreed. This way, you stay creative without sacrificing backend professionalism. All will be achieved at a fraction of what it would cost you to hire an employee!
  • Do I get a dedicated assistant?
    Yes! Fallon is the owner and founder of TASKA and YOUR remote assistant. Fallon will learn your business needs and expectations. You will realize that you can rely on Fallon, and in no time, become more and more valuable to you! Your success is her success.
  • Where are you located?
    Fallons' office is headquartered is in beautiful Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. But no matter where you are, it will be as if she were right down the street and will adapt to your schedule and expectations. If you are planning a conference or event in or near Virginia Beach, Fallon can offer valuable insight and planning assistance.
  • Can I cancel anytime I want?
    ​Of course. Our goal is your satisfaction, and if you wish to stop our service, please contact us, and we will stop billing going forward. Your only responsibility is the current month of billing, nothing more.
  • Can I set a budget?
    Sure, let's discuss your project or task and we will discuss your budget and work out something that works for us all.​
  • What if I go over my hour allotment for the month?
    ​If you exceed the hours of your plan for the month - not any problem. Additional hours are charged at $35 per hour. You can also upgrade to the next pricing plan if you will need additional hours regularly.
  • Is there any setup fee?
    ​No, your monthly service subscription fee is the only fee we charge or Pay-As-You-Go service fee.
  • Do you provide refunds?
    ​If there are any issues with your service, please let me know and I will do what it takes to meet your concerns.
  • Do my hours rollover?
    As a monthly membership service, Fallon will always be available to you when you need her for hours subscribed. While each plan offers different service levels, her plan hours do not roll over as a membership subscription.
  • Does Fallon work on the weekend?
    Fallon's standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend. If submitted before/after business hours, Fallon will receive the task(s) the following business day to begin working on them. If your project requires different hours or schedules, including nights and weekends, Fallon will be happy to discuss and make a plan that works!
  • Will Fallon be working on holidays?
    Fallon observes major U.S. holidays. She will maximize productivity during work hours, so major holidays are a good time to allow her to rest and be with family and friends.
